We are so happy to announce that we are tying the knot this year!
We are so happy to announce that we are tying the knot this year!
Our story begins with simple likes on each other’s online profiles. Frank liked Bernadette’s description of a great day in her view which included, waking up by a lake, going for a morning walk, and baking bread and other delicious baked goods. Bernadette liked a joke Frank made on his. The question was what would you never ever do. Frank’s response was “never going to give you up, never going to let you down, never going to run around and desert you.” For those who don’t know that’s a song lyric from the 1980’s by Rick Astley. Frank thought it was funny and so did Bernadette. The first date was at a Starbucks in White Plains NY, Frank picked the only one in history without indoor seating, so we had to walk to another. Luckily they’re on every block these days. The first date went as well as it could’ve for two people meeting for the first time. The second date was in NYC close to Christmas time, and was terrible! It was cold nothing felt right and both halfway through wanted to just go home. (After lunch of course, you’re not going to the city and not eat there haha.) Frank left the date with the feeling of that was that. However, the next day while Frank was sitting in the parking lot waiting to go into his workplace Bernadette showed at 5:45 in the morning with Frank's favorite sandwich for lunch. (It's a corned beef reuben fyi.) She explained the situation and both decided to keep talking, hanging out and seeing where things go. Over the next few months, love blossomed and grew more as time had gone on. Each day together is a blessing to them, even on the days when they maybe don't see it eye to eye. Both are so excited for their future together and truly feel blessed and grateful that each other came into the other’s life. Thank you for taking the time to read our story and we look so forward and are honored to spend our wedding day with everyone. God bless and hopefully we’ll see you there.
Sincerely,
Frank and Bernadette
